Gillian Falk Mayzes is the smartest, hardest working, and most thoughtful mortgage broker that I’ve ever met! She owns DLC Island Living in Parksville at the Royal Le Page office and this gal has a room in her heart for my friends too.

The last few years, I have had the need to shop the market for a mortgage, and also to refinance for the last few homes I’ve owned in Parksville. A broker makes the most sense as the products and rates available exceed any one Bank or Credit Union.

We purchased a vacation home in Parkville, B.C. Canada. Gillian handled the financing part of the sale. Had it not been for Gillian going out of her way to be helpful we are sure that the purchase our Canada home would have fallen thru. Gillian was like the glue that held the whole transaction together. When we had problems with whatever part of the transaction, Gillian was there to guide us thru the red tape. She phoned us many times after hours, I am sure on her own time. I wish I had some employees like that.
